Return & Warranty Policy

We thank you for choosing Bonn as your first choice for smart housing, and we are happy to serve you to purchase your smart products.

Sometimes your opinion may change regarding the products you have purchased, but that’s okay. We at Bonn will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

(Return and exchange policy)

• It is possible to return within three (3) days or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the order.

• It is possible to return or exchange it provided that the product is in the same original condition upon receipt and the packaging is intact.

• It is possible to return or exchange it provided that the product is unused and with all its accessories and that the product packaging is unopened.

• The customer bears all shipping costs to and from the store resulting from the exchange or return process.

• In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product or a delivery error, the store shall bear all shipping costs.

• Shipping costs and electronic payment fees for the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount paid before it is refunded.

• Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment is in good condition and free of defects.

At Bonn, we are keen on the quality of our products and always providing the best to our customers. Therefore, there is a two-year warranty on all products unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you encounter a problem with the product and you believe that the reason is a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to serve you and submit a return request and inspect the product for warranty, determine the problem, and replace it if it conforms to the warranty policy and conditions shown below.

Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced according to the following conditions:

1. The malfunction must not be the result of misuse, misuse, fluid spillage, or other external causes.

2. The product must come with all its accessories and user manuals.

3. The product malfunction should not be the result of not following the recommended operating instructions.

4. The malfunction in the product must not be the result of not connecting to WiFi or not updating the software from the application.

5. The defect in the product must not be a result of not using the original accessories or cables included with the product.

6. The defect in the product must not be the result of incorrectly connecting it to the power source or using wires that are not suitable for consumption.

7. The product must be within the warranty period as of the date of receipt of the order.

How to recover amounts paid?

The amount will be returned to the same card with which it was paid. This may take 7-14 business days for the amount to appear in the account, depending on the customer’s bank.
